Earn points on every purchase. You’ll earn points for every dollar you spend at Red Door Escape Rooms or online in the Red Door Store. Simply sign in before you play at any Red Door location or shop our online store.

Unlocking points lets you boost your balance even if you don’t spend money. How? When you complete online challenges, fun activities, clever quizzes, social media follows, video views, and refer your friends to join the fun inside the rewards program.

Red Door UNLOCKED Rewards points are so special you’ll want to earn ‘em and burn ‘em fast! More points allow you to level-up to the next membership tier quickly:
- Member = 0 points
- Escape Artist = 25,000 points
- Time Master = 50,000 points
- Architect = 100,000 points
How To Earn Points
Everyone who participates in a Red Door Experience earns points if they are registered members and organizers earn even more for their effort to gather the group. Guests who join UNLOCKED Rewards and use the same email address to check into the experience will automatically earn points shortly after check-in.
Participant
25 points per $1
Example: $130 Experience earns 3,250 pts for each participant
Organizer
50 points per $1
Example: $130 Experience earns 6,500 pts for the organizer
Merchandise
25 points per $1
Example: $100 merch purchase earns 2,500 pts for each member
Example: $100 merch purchase earns 2,500 pts for each member
Online Free
Bonus Promos
Example: Completing a guest survey online can earn 1,000 points during promo period

How To Redeem Points
1. Select the reward you’d like to claim with your points.
2. Select “redeem” and confirm your redemption.
3. Navigate through the tab to view your Reward that can be redeemed at checkout in-store or online.
Claim Birthday
When you receive your message to claim your special reward, redeem it to play for free once during your birthday month (No points required, this one’s on us!)
Claim Discounts
Your first reward is available at 3,000 points where you’ve earned $5 for your next Red Door Escape. There’s lots more after that, too!
Claim Merch
You can see the merchandise from inside your account. For example try a coffee mug for 10,000 points (includes free shipping for members) or if you can’t wait for your points, you can purchase it online for $17.95 + shipping (example only, prices may change)
